We’ll begin with the basics:
which areas of the body are safe to impact,
how different strokes create different sensations, and
how to bring clarity and purpose into a session.
Then we’ll explore intermediate aspects such as
time course of the pain reaction,
non-verbal signs of a person’s journey such as muscle tension and involuntary movements,
skin reactions as indicators of the journey, and
best practices for communication during the pain high.
We’ll also learn tantric breathing techniques as a way to deepen and enrich the experience and take it to the next level!

You are welcome to join on your own or with a partner. If you come with your partner, I do encourage you, however, to stay open to sharing the experience with other participants as well.
If you have floggers or other impact toys, please bring them with you.
The workshop is limited to 20 participants.
We will not go into the technique of finger flogging but if that is already part of your arsenal, you are welcome to bring it with you.
