The Salon of Earthly Delights is a community-based, mindful BDSM and kinky temple event for those who want to play like adults — with structure and support.
CONSCIOUS PLAY x BDSM
At the intersection of conscious, tantric-inspired play and BDSM practices, this event is an invitation to explore, connect, and play with like-minded people — with curiosity, presence, and consent at the centre.
Conscious sexuality doesn’t have to feel boring, and BDSM can be just as powerful — perhaps even more so — when approached consciously. Listening first and foremost to yourself and to the wisdom of your body at the edge of your comfort zone sometimes calls for a quieter space: one with clear boundaries, thoughtful structure, and enough room to slow down, pay attention, and actually feel what is happening.
Because the interesting things begin where the conventional ends.
You can flirt with your edges and that of the other(s), follow a fascination, discover something unexpected — or simply watch someone else find pleasure in the beautifully non-conventional.
You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed fantasy or a play partner. Bring your curiosity and openness instead. Let yourself be inspired by conscious touch, co-creative ideas, enthusiastic and experienced players, and the excitement of not quite knowing where an evening might take you.

WHAT AWAITS YOU
Embodiment & Connection
We begin with 60–90 minutes of guided exercises to help you settle into the space, arrive in your body, and connect with others. Expect grounding, playful encounters, and a few invitations to step outside your usual ways of relating.
Then the playspace opens.
3.5 hours of playspace
Once the space opens, you have 3.5 hours to explore and play. It is plenty of time to witness, connect or simply follow your curiosity. There is no pressure to do anything — you can move at your own pace and let the evening take you where it wants to go. Follow your body’s desire, watch others at play (respectfully / with their consent) and keep the rules in mind.
Pleasure Islands
Out of ideas? Follow your curiosity to one of the 3-4 Pleasure Islands — themed exploration areas, each guided by an Alchemist, a seasoned BDSM player with experience in a particular field.
Depending on the edition, this might be impact play, Shibari, sadism & masochism, power play, fruit play, or something else. The Alchemists are there to inspire, demonstrate, facilitate, and help you discover something new.
Experienced Mentors
Curious about something? Have a burning question? Want some guidance — or perhaps to play? Our experienced Mentors are available throughout the evening to share their knowledge, answer questions, offer demonstrations, and, where there is mutual consent, potentially play with you.
Fireflies
You don’t have to navigate the space alone. Our Fireflies are there to watch over the container, answer questions, help you find your way, and support you if something feels unclear or uncomfortable.

Need to just breath? Want to chat, observe, or spend some time away from the action? Our dedicated chill zone is a space for conversation, decompression, and sex-free activities.

A cosy location above Berlin
Four floors above the bustle of Holzmarkt, we create a little world of our own in the historic spaces of IKSK. Feel free to step out into the corridors and catch a breath of fresh air whenever you need it. Designed with body-play and sex-positive events in mind, the space offers plenty of room to move and be comfortable.
Mats and mattresses can be freely moved around the space — spread out to create a generous play area, gathered into smaller intimate spaces, or rearranged as the evening unfolds…

The event is designed for people who don’t yet feel completely at home navigating BDSM playspaces — and for those who simply appreciate a little more structure, guidance, and support while exploring.
You are very welcome to come solo, simply because you’re curious, or bring your partner and step into exploration together. You don’t need to arrive with a plan, a partner, or a wealth of experience — curiosity and openness are enough. Having said that, you need to be aware of the basic consent rules to navigate such a delicate space.

The Salon is open to people across the sexual and gender spectrum. What matters to us is that you can meet others with openness, respect, and curiosity - disrespect and discrimination will not be tolerated.

Previous editions have had a pretty balanced mix of genders. For this reason, there is currently no gender quota at registration.

Your outfit is your chance to visually connect with the event — and with the people around you.
Use it to express yourself, step outside your comfort zone, or attract the kind of play you’re interested in.

Yes. P€n€trative sex is allowed at the event, although it is typically not the focus of the evening.

Since this is an intimate group space that we create together, everyone is asked to stay until the closing round. Your presence is part of the experience, and your absence is felt when you leave.
That said, if you become uncomfortable or simply feel that you need to go, you are absolutely free to leave. Please just let the facilitator — or, in her absence, one of the helpers — know that you’re leaving.
