Anzahlung / Deposit

Private sessions can only be booked with a prior deposit.

• Up to 1 hour: €50

• 1.5 to 2 hours: €100

• 2+ h sessions or double domination: €200‍

The remaining amount must be paid before the session begins (in cash, with PayPal or direct/immediate transfer. I cannot accept card payment). The deposit is deducted from the total price.

Alternative payment options

• SEPA bank transfer: DE67100101780592889549 (to: Hekate), Revolut

  The account name won’t match but the payment reaches me. Please double-check that the IBAN is correct!

• Amazon gift card: Send the gift card directly to hekate@soulimpactberlin.de, or send me the gift card code after purchasing.

• Cash, left at the Atrium under the name (Hekate) at the door, every day between 10:00 and 21:00.

Cancellation Policy

Berlin

• More than 72 hours before: deposit fully refunded

• 72–24 hours before: deposit applied to a rescheduled appointment

• Less than 24 hours before: deposit forfeited

Outside Berlin

• More than 1 week before: deposit fully refunded

• 1 week–48 hours before: deposit applied to a rescheduled appointment

• Less than 48 hours before: deposit forfeited
