CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATIO

The Garden of Earthly Delights is a sacred kinky temple space dedicated to exploration, play, and connection. It is built on the principles of consent, respect, and responsibility.

I reserve the right to pause, intervene, or end activities if safety requires it, or if participant conduct compromises the integrity and well-being of the temple.

Participation is always voluntary. You are free to step back, pause, or withdraw from any interaction at any time.

BOOKING PROCESS

  • After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email securing your place at the event.

  • Practical details and preparation guidelines will be sent 2-4 days before the temple opens.

BOUNDARIES & NATURE OF THE TEMPLE

  • All interactions must be consensual, negotiated, and respectful.

  • Respect for boundaries is non-negotiable. A "no" must always be honored.

  • Please listen to the consent rules we create together at the beginning of the event and respect them.

  • Anyone who disregards boundaries, consent, or hygiene will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Punctuality & Sobriety

  • Arrive on time and in a sober, clear-headed state.

  • Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion.

Respect & Boundaries

  • Treat all participants with dignity and respect.

  • Actively check in, ask before touching, and stop immediately if consent is withdrawn.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Hygiene

  • Good personal hygiene is essential for shared safety and pleasure.

  • Please take care of your personal hygiene.

  • Wash hands before and after play and in-between play partners. If engaging in shared equipment or surfaces, disinfect as needed.

  • If you are ill or have any contagious condition, please do not attend.

Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for informing us of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation.

  • Always respect your physical and emotional limits, and communicate them clearly.

Responsibility for Self

  • You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and boundaries.

  • Check in with yourself often, and honor both your desires and your limits.

Consequences

  • If you arrive non-sober, disregard hygiene, act disrespectfully, or violate boundaries, you will be removed immediately.

  • In such cases, the participation fee is non-refundable.

LIABILITY & RISK

By registering, you acknowledge that you are participating in the Garden of Earthly Delights at your own risk.

While we do our best to provide a safe and sacred environment, we cannot be held liable for any physical injuries, emotional reactions, or damages that may occur during or as a result of your participation.

You remain fully responsible for your own well-being, choices, and boundaries throughout the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Participation fees are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may:

    • Transfer your spot to another event within 6 months, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are fully non-refundable and non-transferrable.
